Accommodation has been booked at various hotels especially for the conference delegates at discounted rates. Participants can book their accommodation online through the conference website or write to the conference managers at the below mentioned address as demand for rooms is very high in the city during the conference period. It is advisable to secure your accommodation at the earliest to avoid any disappointment and inconvenience at the time of the conference.  

**NOTE: Above room rates are on per room/ per night basis. These rates are inclusive of breakfast and exclusive of Govt. & Luxury Taxes.

Mode of payment

Option A) By Credit Card

• All service charges on credit card are to be paid by the guest.

 Option B) By Demand Draft

• D.D. in favour of “Neumech Events” payable at New Delhi.

At the time of advance booking one day room rent amount is required, subject to availability of rooms. Balance payment should reach us before 30 days before commencement of the conference.

Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation is permitted upto 30th June 2010 on written requests with deduction of 01 days room rent charges. No request thereafter will be entertained. Settlement regarding the refund will be done after the conference is over.
